Care Worker - Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-lyme & Cannock

• Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to scheduled client visits punctually, offering respectful and confidential support at all times.

• Support clients with personal care needs such as washing, toileting, changing incontinence pads, and medication assistance.

• Help with daily living tasks including light cleaning, laundry, meal and drink preparation, ensuring clients feel comfortable and cared for.

• Ensure all assigned calls are attended to during your shift and escalate any concerns as needed.

• Keep accurate, up-to-date records and documentation in line with our policies.

• Build and maintain positive, respectful relationships with clients, their families, and visitors.
